EES Electro-Mechanical offers state-of-the-art dynamic balancing in our Middleton workshop and precision optical laser alignment on-site across Greater Manchester and Northwest.

Workshop Dynamic Balancing

Every repaired motor rotor, fan impeller, pump shaft, and armature overhauled in our workshop undergoes dynamic balancing to ISO 21940 balance quality grades (G2.5 / G6.3):

• Correction of static and dynamic unbalance across single and dual correction planes.
• Sub-gram mass correction using precision removal or addition techniques.
• Post-balancing run testing and vibration spectrum certification.

On-Site Laser Alignment

Dial indicators cannot match the micron-level accuracy of modern laser alignment. Our field engineers perform live three-dimensional coupling alignment on pumps, gearboxes, blowers, and compressor trains to eliminate thermal expansion stresses and extend seal/bearing lifespans.
