Gearbox Refurbishment in Greater Manchester

A failing gearbox puts the whole drive line at risk. EES Electro-Mechanical refurbishes gearboxes for maintenance teams across Greater Manchester and the North West.

What we do

Tell us the make and model of your gearbox and the symptoms you have noticed. We will confirm how we can help and whether refurbishment is the right route.

How the free assessment works

We collect your gearbox, dismantle it and inspect it free of charge. You then receive a quotation before any repair work begins. If you decide not to proceed, we return the unit to you free of charge.

Root cause, not just the repair

A gearbox rarely fails in isolation. Our engineers look for the cause as part of the refurbishment, including whether the motor, alignment or the way the unit is driven played a part.

One team, one point of contact

Gearbox refurbishment, motor rewinds, drives and controls, and laser alignment are covered by one team. You deal with one point of contact, and one accountable engineer is responsible for each job.

Parts and guarantee

We use OEM-equivalent parts and back our overhaul work with a 12-month guarantee.

Accredited for work on your site

EES Electro-Mechanical is SafeContractor Approved, an Avetta Member, a Certified ATEX Repairer, PQS Approved and a Constructionline Silver Member.
