Our Site Services team recently completed a critical upgrade for North Manchester General Hospital in Crumpsall.
The project involved the safe decommissioning of a legacy New Hayden pump, replacing it with a high-performance Grundfos NB 80-400/419ASF2ABQQE Close Coupled Cast Iron Pump equipped with a durable bronze impeller.
To optimize efficiency, the new system is driven by a Delta CFP370fp4ea 52s Variable Frequency Drive operating at 34Hz, ensuring a stable and reliable pressure of 3.8 bar.
