• Safe Electrical & Mechanical Isolation: Safe isolation of high-voltage supplies, pipework flanging, and mechanical couplings by qualified site engineers.
• Rigging & Lifting Extraction: Overhead crane, A-frame, and mobile crane extraction for motors, pumps, gearboxes, and large AHU blowers.
• Workshop Transport & Repair: Transport to our Middleton facility for rapid rewind, precision machining, seal replacement, and dynamic balancing.
• Laser Re-alignment & Commissioning: On-site laser coupling alignment, grout bed setting, phase rotation checks, vibration baseline logging, and full load testing.
